  • Available within 20km of both Launceston & Beaconsfield.

  • Includes Greens Beach, Clarence Point, Exeter, and surrounds.

  • Delays from traffic, weather, or third parties are not our responsibility.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel only before preparation starts.

  • Refunds issued within 3–5 business days if approved.

  • Technical/payment errors must be reported with proof.

Reservations

  • Bookings of 10+ may require deposits.

  • Cancellations within 24hrs may forfeit the deposit.

Promotions & Loyalty

  • Offers subject to change.

  • Loyalty points (if applicable) have no cash value.

User Responsibility

  • Customers must submit accurate info and behave respectfully.

  • Misuse may lead to denial of service.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for service disruptions due to natural disasters, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events.
